PFC Dwyer At Ease Otsego County

The Utica Center for Development is excited to launch the PFC Joseph P. Dwyer At Ease Veteran Peer to Peer Program in Otsego County starting October 1st! Programing will offer a variety of non-clinical support and activities to include one-to-one support, weekly support groups, social activities, and referrals. Veterans will come together in several different platforms to share and support one another, offer hope and a sense of understanding and commonality. Building upon these Veteran-to-Veteran common experiences, we hope that Veterans gain a sense of purpose and belonging.
