There is NO COST for Parade Entry ~ FREE Registration

All parade participants hereby agree to indemnify the City of Utica and Utica Center for Development, and all event sponsors, volunteers, agents, officers associated with the 2024 Independence Day parade and its activities, and hold them harmless from any and all claims, damages, actions, liabilities and expenses arising from or out of any loss, damage to property, or injury to any persons which may be due to any act of omission of said parade participants, or their agents, contractors, volunteers or employees. This agreement is executed by the authorized representative of the respective organization and shall serve to bind all persons associated with the aforementioned parade unit. It shall be the responsibility of the undersigned to inform all persons associated with said unit as to the terms of this agreement including the liability and all matters relating to conduct during the parade. Failure to adhere to this agreement, the Parade Rules and Regulations, or the direction of parade personnel may result in immediate and/or future removal of the Independence Day parade.
