The Utica Center for Development is dedicated to empowering communities, supporting veterans, and improving quality of life through professional development, housing assistance, advocacy, and environmental initiatives. We strive to bridge service gaps, promote equity, defend civil rights, and foster community revitalization—ensuring a safer, healthier, and more inclusive future for all.

SSG Fox Suicide Prevention Program
A collaborative initiative aimed at suicide prevention through peer support, mental health services, and crisis intervention.
Peer to Peer Mentoring
Provides veterans with confidential one-on-one and small-group peer counseling for mental health and community support.
Life Transitions
Helps veterans and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness secure stable housing.
Veteran Benefits Assistance
Guidance and support for veterans navigating the complexities of Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) benefits.
Veteran Resources
A vetted directory of trusted programs and organizations providing additional support for veterans.
