Offical Groundbreaking for the New Housing Units
Please join us this Friday September 22nd at 10am in front of the facility located at 726 Washington St., Utica, NY 13502. We will be holding the offical grounfbreaking for the construcation of 17 units of affordable housing for Veterans and their families.
